These Terms & Conditions apply to purchases, subscriptions, services, bookings, and visits offered by Madison’s Meadow. By placing an order, reserving an experience, booking a service, or visiting the property, you agree to the applicable terms below.
Flowers, Products & Seasonal Availability
Flowers are a natural, seasonal product. Varieties, colors, size, bloom stage, and availability may differ from photographs or previous offerings. Product photography represents the overall style and feeling of an offering and does not guarantee specific varieties or colors unless expressly stated. Madison’s Meadow may make thoughtful substitutions based on seasonality, weather, crop performance, quality, or availability. For larger floral projects, flowers from other growers may be incorporated when necessary. Weather, pests, disease, crop failure, and other circumstances outside our reasonable control may affect availability or timing. If we are unable to substantially fulfill an order as purchased, we may provide a substitution, reschedule fulfillment, issue credit, or provide an appropriate refund.
Seasonal Subscriptions
Subscription timing is based on anticipated harvest windows and may shift as growing conditions change. Subscribers will be notified of meaningful changes to scheduled dates. Each subscription includes the number of bouquets or pickups specified on its product page at the time of purchase. Because flowers are harvested specifically for each subscriber, missed pickups are not eligible for replacement or refund. If you cannot attend a pickup, another person may collect your flowers on your behalf. Unless otherwise stated, subscriptions and other perishable flower purchases are final sale.
Gather at the Meadow
Madison’s Meadow is a private residence and working flower farm. Visits and private gatherings are permitted only during scheduled events, appointments, photography sessions, pickups, or confirmed reservations. Submitting an inquiry does not reserve a date. A reservation is confirmed only after all required agreements have been completed and the applicable deposit or payment has been received. Deposits, payment schedules, cancellation policies, guest limits, setup and cleanup requirements, and other event-specific terms will be provided in your individual booking agreement. Because only a limited number of private dates are offered each season, deposits and payments may become non-refundable once a date has been reserved.
Weather & Outdoor Conditions
Madison’s Meadow is an outdoor, seasonal property. Rain, wind, heat, cold, mud, insects, and changing field conditions are a natural part of visiting the Meadow. Weather alone does not guarantee cancellation, rescheduling, or refund. If conditions become unsafe or make an event impossible to host, applicable options will be determined according to the individual booking agreement.
Working Farm & Guest Safety
Guests acknowledge that Madison’s Meadow is an active agricultural property and may include uneven terrain, gravel, mud, holes, plants, insects, wildlife, farm equipment, tools, irrigation materials, fencing, buildings, and other conditions associated with a working farm. Guests must remain within designated areas and follow all posted or communicated instructions. Children must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times. Flowers, plants, crops, equipment, structures, and other property may not be picked, cut, moved, climbed upon, or disturbed unless expressly included as part of an experience. Guests are responsible for damage they cause beyond ordinary wear. Pets are not permitted unless approved in advance. Service animals are accommodated as required by applicable law.
Photography
Professional photography sessions must be scheduled and approved in advance. Location fees and permitted session times and areas may apply. Photographers and guests may not move furniture, props, equipment, flowers, or other property without permission. Commercial photography, advertising campaigns, brand shoots, and larger productions may require separate approval, agreements, and pricing.
Custom Florals & Installations
Custom floral services may include arrangements, bud vase collections, floral arches, installations, photo moments, and other seasonal floral designs. Unless specifically guaranteed in writing, inspiration photographs establish an overall creative direction rather than an exact design. Madison’s Meadow retains reasonable creative discretion regarding flower varieties and substitutions based on seasonality, availability, quality, and growing conditions. Custom floral dates are not reserved until the required agreement and deposit or payment have been received. Changes to quantities, scope, design, delivery, or installation are subject to availability and may result in additional charges.
Delivery, Installation & Rentals
Delivery, travel, installation, teardown, and pickup fees may apply to custom floral projects. Clients are responsible for providing accurate venue information and communicating venue rules, access requirements, installation restrictions, insurance requirements, and timing before the event. Any vessels, structures, props, mechanics, or other materials identified as rentals remain the property of Madison’s Meadow. Clients may be responsible for replacement or repair costs for items that are lost, stolen, damaged, or not returned as agreed.
Cancellations & Refunds
Due to the seasonal, perishable, limited, and often made-to-order nature of our offerings, purchases are generally final unless otherwise stated on the applicable product page or booking agreement. Event and custom floral cancellation policies may vary and will be outlined in the applicable agreement. If Madison’s Meadow is unable to substantially provide a purchased product or confirmed service, we will determine an appropriate remedy based on the circumstances, which may include substitution, rescheduling, credit, partial refund, or full refund.
Personal Property
Madison’s Meadow is not responsible for personal belongings that are lost, stolen, misplaced, left behind, or damaged while visiting the property or participating in an event or experience.
Conduct
We reserve the right to ask a guest to leave the property if their conduct is unsafe, unlawful, disruptive, destructive, or disrespectful to the property, crops, staff, other guests, or surrounding community.
Force Majeure
Madison’s Meadow will not be responsible for delays, changes, cancellations, or inability to perform caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including severe weather, natural disasters, fire, flooding, government restrictions, utility or transportation disruptions, crop failure, widespread illness, or similar extraordinary events. When possible, we will make reasonable efforts to provide an appropriate alternative based on the circumstances.
Website & Intellectual Property
We make reasonable efforts to ensure product descriptions, availability, pricing, and other website information are accurate. We reserve the right to correct errors, update information, limit quantities, or cancel an order affected by a material pricing or listing error. The Madison’s Meadow name, branding, original written content, photography, graphics, and other original materials may not be reproduced or used commercially without permission.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Madison’s Meadow will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from purchases, services, events, experiences, visits to the property, or use of this website. Nothing in these Terms is intended to waive or limit any right or liability that cannot legally be waived or limited.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions as Madison’s Meadow and our offerings evolve. The terms in effect at the time of purchase or booking will apply unless a separate written agreement states otherwise.
