Madison’s Meadow | Flowers & Photography Sessions
At Madison’s Meadow, we take great pride in offering meaningful experiences through fresh, seasonal flowers and serene photography settings. Every bloom is grown with intention, and every booking is handled with care. We understand that life happens — and we’re here to make things as smooth as possible.
💐 Fresh Flower Orders
Because our flowers are freshly harvested, made-to-order, and highly perishable:
All flower sales are final.
We are unable to accept returns or offer refunds once flowers have been picked up or delivered.If there is an issue with the quality or condition of your flowers upon arrival, please contact us within 24 hours at madisonsmeadow@gmail.com with a photo and description. We’ll do our best to make it right with a replacement or credit toward a future order.
📸 Photography Session Location Rentals
All bookings for use of Madison’s Meadow as a photography location are reserved in advance and block off valuable time and space.
Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations made more than 7 days in advance will receive a full refund of the deposit.
Cancellations made within 7 days of the scheduled session will forfeit the $50 deposit. No additional fees will be charged.
No-shows or same-day cancellations will be charged the full session rate.
Weather Reschedules:
We allow one complimentary reschedule due to inclement weather (heavy rain, storms, unsafe conditions).
Reschedules must be requested at least 3 hours prior to your session time.
Session Etiquette:
Please arrive on time. Late arrivals may result in shortened session time out of respect for other bookings.
Clients are responsible for any damage to plants, props, or property during the session
