At Madison’s Meadow, everything we offer is rooted in seasonality, nature, and intentional planning. Because of this, all sales are handled with care and clarity.
Please review the policy below before placing an order or booking an event.
Fresh Flowers & Floral Products
Due to the perishable nature of fresh flowers, all flower sales are final.
This includes:

Bouquets
-
Flower buckets
-
Subscriptions
-
Event florals
-
Custom floral orders
We do not accept returns or exchanges on fresh flowers.
If there is an issue
If your flowers arrive damaged or do not meet quality expectations, please contact us within 24 hours of pickup or delivery with photos so we can review the issue.
At our discretion, we may offer a replacement or partial credit.
Events, Experiences & Venue Bookings
All event bookings (including bridal showers, baby showers, bouquet bars, photography sessions, and private gatherings) require a non-refundable deposit to reserve your date.
Deposits

Deposits are non-refundable and secure your date and planning time.

Deposits may be transferable to another available date at our discretion if rescheduled with adequate notice.
Cancellations

Cancellations made 14 days or more before the event may be eligible for a partial credit toward a future booking (minus the deposit).

Cancellations made within 14 days of the event are non-refundable.
Because events are limited and dates are held exclusively for you, last-minute cancellations cannot be refunded.
Weather & Seasonal Conditions
As a working flower farm, events and offerings are influenced by weather and growing conditions.
In the event of severe weather or unforeseen circumstances:

We will work with you to reschedule when possible.

Refunds are not guaranteed, but accommodations may be offered at our discretion.
Digital Products & Custom Orders
All digital products, custom designs, or personalized items are final sale and not eligible for refunds.
