4. Event Bookings & Venue Use
By booking an event at Madison’s Meadow, you agree to the following:

A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your date.

Final guest counts, timelines, and event details must be confirmed by the deadline provided.

Clients and guests agree to respect the property, land, structures, and staff.

Madison’s Meadow is a working farm; guests acknowledge uneven terrain, weather exposure, and natural elements.

We are not responsible for personal injury, loss, or damage to personal property during events, except where required by law.
We reserve the right to end an event or deny access if these terms are violated.
5. Weather, Seasonality & Acts of Nature
Madison’s Meadow operates in harmony with nature. By engaging with our services, you acknowledge that weather, growing conditions, and seasonal changes may impact availability, flower varieties, and event logistics.
In cases of severe weather or unforeseen circumstances, we will work with clients to reschedule when possible. Refunds are not guaranteed.
6. Cancellations & Refunds
All cancellations, refunds, and credits are governed by our Return & Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms of Service by reference.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including text, images, branding, logos, and designs — is the property of Madison’s Meadow and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.
8. Photography & Marketing Use
