Limited Spring Harvest

Tulips bloom for only a short window each spring, and bouquets are limited to what the fields provide that week.

Reserve yours early while the meadow is in its first bloom.

Freshly harvested from our fields at Madison’s Meadow each week in April.

From the Meadow

These are not imported flowers or grocery store stems — they are farm-grown tulips from Madison’s Meadow, gathered in rhythm with the season and shared while they’re at their best.

Materials + Care

At Madison’s Meadow, every bouquet is grown, harvested, and arranged with care on our Ohio flower farm.

Because our flowers are grown in rhythm with the seasons, each bouquet will vary slightly in color and variety depending on what is blooming at the time of harvest. This natural variation is part of the beauty of locally grown flowers and ensures every arrangement feels fresh and unique.

Our bouquets are wrapped simply in kraft paper or placed in recyclable sleeves to protect the stems while keeping the focus on the flowers themselves.

Fresh, field-grown flowers can last 7–10 days or more with proper care.

To keep your blooms looking their best:

• Trim stems at a 45° angle when you first receive them

• Place flowers in a clean vase filled with fresh water

• Change the water every 2–3 days

• Re-trim stems slightly each time you refresh the water

• Keep flowers away from direct sunlight, heat sources, and ripening fruit

Some flowers, such as tulips, may continue to grow and gently bend toward light — this is a natural characteristic and part of their charm.

If your bouquet includes delicate blooms like sweet peas or ranunculus, they may have slightly shorter vase lives but are prized for their fragrance and soft garden style.

All flowers are cut fresh from the field and conditioned immediately after harvest to ensure the best quality and vase life.

Shipping + Returns

Because our flowers are grown locally and harvested fresh, most Madison’s Meadow bouquets are offered for local pickup or delivery within our region.

For pre-orders, subscriptions, or special seasonal offerings:

• Customers will receive an email notification when flowers are ready for pickup

• Pickup locations and dates will be provided in advance

• Delivery options may be available depending on location and availability

We harvest flowers in small batches to maintain quality, so quantities are limited to what is blooming in the field each week.

Flowers are a perishable product, and we take great care to harvest and prepare each bouquet to ensure it arrives fresh and beautiful.

Because of the nature of fresh flowers, we are unable to accept returns once a bouquet has been picked up or delivered.

However, if there is ever an issue with the quality of your flowers, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your bouquet, and we will gladly work with you to make it right.

Your satisfaction and the experience of receiving flowers from Madison’s Meadow are deeply important to us.
